Yay Me!

I haven’t posted much about my working out, but I have been keeping up with it. I’ve been going to Step classes 2x a week, a strength training class once a week and last week I added a Kickboxing class. I’m so hooked on Kickboxing now. We got to beat the crap out of the bags and it really helped relieve stress and I sweat my ass off. I’d been dreading the scale but I decided to weigh myself since I hadn’t checked my weight since I was at the doctors office almost two months ago. I’m down six pounds!!!!! I’m very proud of myself. In the past when I’d loose a little weight I’d use it as an excuse to take a day or two off, which turned into a week or two. Then I’d go back to my old eating habits and eventually get nowhere. Not this time! I’m more motivated than ever to loose at least ten more pounds and hopefully fit into my summer clothes.

I cant’ wait for kickboxing tomorrow. This week I really need it 🙂
