Spiral Sock – Part One

Here it is, the first of the Lime & Cilantro Spiral Socks, complete. Well, technically it’s the second, but it’s the first to fit well. The remains of the actual first sock are below

I ripped it out because it was too big and too loose. I started with size 1.5 dpns, and for the sock I like I switched to size 0’s. This was my first experience with 0’s and I now know what knitting with toothpicks would be like. They are freaking tiny.

The yarn is Lime & Cilantro sock yarn from Sundara Yarn, a birthday present from Kim. She also got herself some so we will have matching socks while I’m visiting her. We are supposed to wear them while we’re knitting, eating chips & salsa and drinking margaritas. Yah, we like themes
